Before joining Phillips ADR, Kimberly acted as Vice President of Technical Claims for D&O Claims at AIG Claims, Inc. In this role, Kimberly was responsible for identifying and tracking litigation trends, and analyzing and upwardly reporting in numerous formats the potential exposure both of these trends and the concurrent divisional load. Kimberly also specialized in identifying and evaluating particularly complex and/or severe matters for strategic resolution. However, her favorite duties were training and mentoring colleagues on: claims handling best practices, investigating and evaluating coverage under various policy forms, and negotiating favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
