The Women in Securities Litigation (WSL) Network will be bringing together a panel of accomplished women from across the securities litigation ecosystem, representing the full spectrum of the mediation process, from the mediation table to the carrier and broker perspectives. Panelists will discuss the nuances of effective mediation in securities litigation, emerging trends shaping how cases settle, and their experiences navigating and successfully resolving high-stakes securities litigation.
