Women in Securities Litigation Mediation Panel took place on the October 15, 2026.  PADRE Insurance Liaison Kimberly Huebner spoke at this event.

The Women in Securities Litigation (WSL) Network brought together a panel of accomplished women from across the securities litigation ecosystem, representing the full spectrum of the mediation process, from the mediation table to the carrier and broker perspectives.

Panelists discussed the nuances of effective mediation in securities litigation, emerging trends shaping how cases settle, and their experiences navigating and successfully resolving high-stakes securities litigation.
