We are pleased to announce that our panelist, Justice Barry Ostrager has the 22nd edition of his Handbook on Insurance Coverage Disputes coming out in November 2024:


Relied on by the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal, and the highest state courts in California, Florida, New York, and throughout the country, Ostrager and Newman’s Handbook on Insurance Coverage Disputes is recognized as the most current, comprehensive, and authoritative resource of the law of insurance and reinsurance.

Authors Barry R. Ostrager and Thomas R. Newman are pre-eminent practitioners who have handled many precedent setting cases in the field of insurance and reinsurance law.
