It is with great excitement that I write to introduce the newest member of the Phillips ADR Enterprises (“PADRE”) team, the Honorable Robert C. Bonner. Judge Bonner will join PADRE’s team of independent panelists and will be available both as a mediator and arbitrator.
Judge Bonner is a former U.S. District Judge and former U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California. Rob has held a number of leadership roles within federal agencies as Commissioner of the U.S. Customs Service, the first Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Furthermore, Judge Bonner is a former partner of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he co-chaired the firm’s white collar practice group and was involved in numerous matters related to commercial and contract disputes, as well as antitrust, securities, construction, intellectual property, and environmental litigation matters.
Rob is an accomplished mediator and arbitrator and has worked as a neutral on matters involving securities, antitrust, contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and intellectual property. He will work with me directly on cases and will also be available for individual bookings. Please contact Meghan Lettington at (949) 760-5288 to schedule Judge Bonner for an upcoming ADR matter.
